Points awarded for a Spirit or partner bonus may take 45-60 days to be deposited into your Free Spirit® account. Be sure to check the terms and conditions specific to the offer for more information. If you believe your points should have been deposited by now, simply complete this form and include details about the offer that will help us investigate your missing points claim (Free Spirit account number, date you participated in bonus, certificate number, etc.)
If you are missing points from a flight you’ve flown within the past 30 days, please log into your account, select "Add a previous Trip", and complete the steps that follow.
