Yes, modifications or cancellations can be made to a reward flight ticket. Modifications will be subject to any fare difference from your original itinerary including any additional points payment.
Changes can be made online up to one hour before scheduled departure. Changes allowed include changing the origin, destination, stopover city, flight, or class of service.
Cancellations must be made online up to one hour prior to the departure of the first flight on the itinerary.
