Yes, gate passes can be provided, but only for someone accompanying an Unaccompanied Minor or for someone requiring special assistance. They will not be provided for any other reason. The drop-off or pick-up party should proceed to our ticket counter to receive a pass so they can get through security. 

Requirements for Meeting a Person with a Disability at the Gate
To ensure the safety and security of our Guests with disabilities, we require the name of the authorized individual who will be meeting or picking them up, along with their relationship to the Guest. We encourage the Guest or authorized individual to contact us at 855-728-3555 after booking the reservation to provide these details. The person meeting the Guest must present a valid government ID.

Please note, that gate passes are provided at the discretion of each station and are only issued to non-traveling individuals who present a government-issued photo ID. They will be issued depending on the current airport security guidelines.
